an unofficial reunion - join us!

Facebook is wonderful wouldn't you agree?? I have found SO many old friends there!! In fact Jenn Todd (whom i know from Rose Hill Elem. - her dad was our b-ball coach and the best janitor/fix-it guy/you-name-it-he-could-do-it man around!!) contacted a few of us about her dad's health and we all got to chatting and she suggested we have a get-together! She sent out this invite and suggested that we pass it on!! So, consider yourselves invited to the Class of '94, totally unofficial 14 1/2 year (cuz it will be 15 in June) reunion!

Saturday March 7th at Chopstix piano bar in Everett at around 8pm. The address is 2820 Oakes and if there isn't enough room for all of us/if we get bored, there's quite a few others in walking distance.

Monday is the longest day of my life!!

Not just because it's Monday ... but because I have to wait until Monday NIGHT to watch Jason on the Bachelor!! It's narrowed to 2 - (the 2 I was rooting for!!) and next Monday it's the Women Tell ALL!! Don't miss it!!

New Development at LW

right ... so I drove past our alma mater today and where I saw excavaters ... there was this:

a new parking lot?? that's it??

I also saw these ... portables - i can only assume that this is where they will be adding on?

Little Roo's have a new play ground it appears as well ...

I need to go in one of these times and get the scoops!

will soon be under construction! i stopped by L-dub when i noticed that there were excavators on campus ... they are going to be building a new school and i hope to be able to document it for us! for now ... some familiar highlights of our former home!

This just in: Satsuki Mitchell is a Kang deep down! I was emailed this "Okay, okay, I have been snooping around the blog. Thanks for doing that and for posting all the links to people's personal blogs. I don't know where you find the time! It has been great fun to see all the pics. Also, we have another class "celebrity" that is kind of old news but might be fun to post (I heard it through the grapevine so don't credit me). Satsuki Mitchell is dating (engaged to?) Daniel Craig, a.k.a. James Bond. Crazy! If you google both their names you will come up with tons of pics. Cheers! Erica (Brehm)"
So I did ... and she is right - I found a LOT! I had no idea she was a famous PRODUCER, let alone dating a handsome "James Bond" man!!

Jason Mesinck - there's a celebrity among us!

One of our fellow alums is currently on a reality television show!! And not just ANY show ... The Bachelorette!! Jason Mesnick was in our class! I couldn't believe it either - I rummaged around for my yearbook and sure enough ... there he is. He is lookin' great on the show and seems to be making a good impression. I found out from the show that he's a daddy - he has a DARLING little boy and he's made it to the final 4 and 'hometown visits' are coming next Monday - check it out! I'm sure he'll love the hometown support!
